I have bought parts from Brewer cycle for many years. This will be the first machine I have purchased from them Ralph the salesman up there is great. I talk to him every time I come up. He helped me the last couple of times I came up while I was figuring out what I wanted to buy.

Bought my husband a 2023 KTM 300 XC-W as a surprise. The whole process was so smooth. Jessica called me within an hr of my online inquiry and I was approved within 30 min of me submitting my application. I did the whole deal over the phone and all I had to do was come sign paperwork and pick up the unit. Big thank you to Jonathan in finance and to everyone that greeted me when I walked in. Great dealership and would definitely buy again when we get ready for the next toy!

I came to Brewer Cycles to purchase my Personal Watercraft because SeaDoo.com recommended them as a Platinum Dealer... And now I know why they have that distinguished reputation. Before I even made it to the showroom, my man Bill Adkins had already reached out via phone to assist me with my purchase. I was impressed with the dealership from the moment I walked through the door. I was greeted by a receptionist, and before I could even tell her who I was there to see, Bill called to me from across the showroom. I had gone in to purchase one ski, but Bill took the time to talk to me about intentions and suggested I take a look at another ski as it would do everything I wanted to do AND MORE for less money. Yep, he could have sold me a more expensive ski, but he'd rather make less and sell me a ski I would be happier with in the long run. That's a guy that knows how to make a REPEAT customer. After agreeing to purchase and making my deposit, I was handed off to another great guy in Ben Hazzard in Parts and Accessories. I can't say enough good things about Ben, but I can tell you he's another reason I'll go back to Brewer Cycles! From there, the purchase didn't go as any of us expected (pandemic and global supply issues) - but none of that was Brewer Cycles' fault, and as aggravating as I'm sure I was, they never got cross or short with me, and ALWAYS answered my questions and concerns. On delivery day, I expected to be there all day, but Brewer Cycles was first-class once again! I walked in, was greeted warmly, and we went over a few things. I asked to speak to the Service Manager and was immediately introduced. He answered all my questions and made a few recommendations, and it was time to see the Finance Manager, Jonathan Stokes, who once again was polite and appreciative of my business and had all the paperwork ready to go - and I'm telling you - I was done and out the door in 10 minutes! From there, Bill did an extensive introduction to my new vehicle, popped on my license plate and I was off to hit the water!Seriously, EVERY time we were there; EVERY employee we met, spoke to, or just walked by - acknowledged us, smiled, spoke, asked if they could be of service, and thanked us for our patronage. I could not be happier with my decision to travel over an hour away (despite having a dealer in my backyard) to purchase from Brewer Cycles.

I had a good experience with Brewer Cycles. The sales person I worked with was Victor. Victor did an extraordinary job assisting me. He was very patient during my test drive of the Can-AM Ryker and actually because of the test drive, that helped me make my decision to purchase a brand new 2020 Can-AM Ryker 900 ACE. If I did not get a test drive, I would not have purchased the Ryker. Before going to Brewer's I went to a dealership closer to my home town. That dealership did not have a Ryker I could test drive, nor did they seem like they wanted to assist me, a woman, so I was willing to drive 1 hour from my home town to do business with Brewer Cycles. I feel I received a fair price on my trade-in toward my purchase. I am happy with my purchase and my experience with sales person Victor at Brewer Cycles.

I had significant engine upgrades, requiring in depth technical knowledge, done to my KTM 500 by the Service Dept. Brewer came highly recommended by a friend, who is also a KTM factory technician. The work was expertly completed beyond my expectations; bike performs extremely well. I am very pleased with the experience from their Service Dept. Joe and Trevor rock!

I spent a month or so researching side by side utility and sport / utility vehicles before actually going to a dealership to look at them. I went to two other dealerships before I came to Brewer Cycles. My wife and I had several things going on as we considered this purchase. One, we weren't sure exactly which unit was the best fit for us and two, I had a street bike that I was interested in trading toward the side by side. We made a total of three trips (over an hour one way) to Brewer Cycles and each time Martin Foster did a great job answering our questions and looking up and printing out specifications on each of the units we had an interest in. Brewer Cycles was not the only dealership that had one of the units that we finally decided on, but Martin and the other guys in the finance and accessory departments had competitive prices and also made a reasonable offer on my trade. We made a deal and the overall customer experience was a positive one. There is someone at Brewer Cycles to walk you through every step of the process. My son has been racing amateur motocross for the past 4 years. I was in search of a new race bike; found one for sale at Brewer Cycles. I was worried about purchasing a bike so far away. After talking with Amber the first time, I knew it was the right choice. The 5-star experience continued with Tyler and Jonathon when I picked up the bike. I would make the drive for another bike purchase from Brewer Cycles.

Shortly after totaling my bike in a crash, I made up my mind to get back in the saddle. That marked the start of weeks of looking, shopping and contemplating. After driving 10 hours round trip to look at two bikes that were both flops, I got home in the early morning hours, frustrated and doubting my choice to keep riding. Right before I closed my eyes to sleep, I looked online once more, and found Brewer Cycles. They had more than one bike in my price range, with one I was definitely interested in. I decided to wake up the next day and give it one more try. The next morning, driving into the entrance was the first sign that things were looking up. The place was clean and professional looking, with current models sitting outside the showroom. The inside was even more impressive in it's cleanliness. The receptionist engaged me right away and was a pleasure to speak with. I walked over to the motorcycle side of the dealership and met Ben in accessories. He was very approachable and put me at ease immediately, introducing me to Martin in sales. Martin gave off the same vibe, and seemed to be in no hurry to "make the sale". We chatted for a bit and moved very casually into looking at the bikes I came to see. He actually asked if I wanted to test drive anything, which was a nice surprise, since I didn't have to ask. When the bike was taken off the showroom floor, it wouldn't start, due to a low battery. Martin said, "No problem", and disappeared with the bike into the shop, where, rather than just boost it to start, they put in a brand new battery. When I found an issue with the bike during pre-trip inspection (bad turn signal switch), he didn't miss a beat, placing a work ticket for the issue, and getting to work on getting the part for repair. Test drive went as expected, and they offered up a great test drive route, which involved local streets, and a highway. Their pre-owned bike financing was much better than I expected and they helped to keep the process streamlined. I ended up needing a new helmet, so it was back to Ben in accessories, who gave good, practical advice and hooked me up with a comfortable helmet and installed a Sena Bluetooth coms unit like a boss. The process from beginning to end was genuine and personal. The price was a fair one (very close to Kelly Blue Book), which helped keep any negotiation to a minimum. As their slogan says, they were, "Worth the drive". If they have something you think you like, give them a try.

Jeff Shearin is extremely qualified in customer service which in my eyes is just as equal to his infinite knowledge of service, parts, and general motocross facts. As an intermediate rider I feel that I may have stupid questions of which the answers may be obvious, but Jeff answers all my questions accuarately and as if he's never been asked before. I remember when Chris [Brewer] first opened, it was down the street. Im 43 years old now but then I was a kid. My daddy brought me in, in the 80s, and bought me my first machine; a YZ 100. Since then, everything I have bought since has been from Chris; Yamaha 350 Warrior, Yamaha Banshee, Kawasaki KDX, and a Polaris 500. Now, my son, 18 years old, is getting his first one (a YZ 450) and its from Chris. I keep coming back to Brewer Cycles because Chris has been so good to us. Hes always worked with me, out of the goodness of his heart. I know the people here and the service is so good.

Have had our 2010 Can Am Spyder serviced at Brewer Cycles. Great service, friendly people. Wrok was done as expected at a fair price. Purchased a new seat from Ronnie. It was at my front door when he said it would be. Even thought it's an hour and a half drive one way, we'll continue to take our business where they remember your name when you walk through the door.
